Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No. We simply use PayPal to process your payment. You can place an order with us online and use your Credit / Debit card like with any other online transaction.
Is buying from secure?
Yes. We use PayPal Checkout to process you payment, a safe and secure way of sending money online. You details will only be seen by PayPal; they will not be shared with anyone - not even us.
Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
Yes. All our products can be bought in bulk at a discounted price. This will depend on the quantity you are interested in buying and whether you require the supplied accessories (if applicable). Please contact us for more details.
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
All our items come with a 7 day return policy, so you can return your item within 7 days for a full refund. To return an item, please follow the instructions on the Returns page.
What shall I do if my item is faulty?
All our items are sold with a guarantee. The length of the guarantee varies between different products. To find out the length of your guarantee, select your item from the list of Products. If your item is within the guarantee period, you can return it for either a full refund or replacement by following the steps on the Returns page.
My order has not arrived, what shall I do?
Some of our items are sent via a trackable method of postage. If this is the case, please check the tracking number we have provided to check the current status of your delivery. If your item doesn't arrived, please let us know, and we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. This will usually result in a replacement being sent out or a full refund being offered, depending on how long it has been since you placed the order.
